How much can I save with the Loyalty Program?
Onramp’s Loyalty Program offers exclusive discounts that grow as you continue borrowing:
- 1% Discount - Automatically applied when Onramp Funds is your sole lender, regardless of loan size or term length (applies from your second loan onwards).
- Additional 1% Discount - Awarded after completing three loans (including rollovers) with no payment issues.
- Final 1% Discount - Earned once you complete six loans (or rollovers) with no payment issues.
By meeting these milestones, you can save up to 3% on the cost of every future loan as long as you qualify, making funding your business more affordable over time.
How do I qualify for the Loyalty Program?
You don’t need to do anything to qualify! All Onramp customers are automatically included in the Loyalty Program once they meet the criteria, and discounts will be applied to future loans.

No, there’s no sign-up process or extra paperwork. The program is automatic—just continue taking loans with Onramp, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use the discounts?
No, your loyalty discounts are applied directly to your loan fees, so you save upfront on the cost of borrowing. There are no restrictions on how you can use the funds—you can reinvest in your business however you see fit.

What happens if I miss a payment while participating in the Loyalty Program?
Missing a scheduled payment will reset your discount program benefits. However, if you anticipate an issue with making a payment on time, reach out to us in advance! If you notify us before your due date, we may adjust your payment schedule without impacting your benefits. However, missing a payment without notifying us will reset your benefits. Does my discount reset if I take a break from borrowing?
No, your loyalty status is preserved, and any progress you've made will remain intact, even if you take a break from borrowing.
Is there a time limit to use the loyalty discounts?
No, there’s no time limit. Once earned, your loyalty discounts remain active indefinitely, even if you take breaks between loans.
Are the loyalty program discounts available for all new loans?
The discounts are applicable to new loans that meet our standard underwriting criteria. Each loan must meet our underwriting approval requirements to qualify for discounts.
