Demand Gen Marketing Specialist
$90-120K salary range
Onramp is looking for a passionate, rigorous, and results-driven Demand Generation marketer that will manage and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns supporting the lead acquisition and nurture stages for our prospective customers – eCommerce sellers. You will be part of a cross-functional marketing team focused on all pre-customer conversion stage programs to drive stronger conversion.
This role requires a 2-5 year background in demand generation marketing campaign development and execution with a passion for measuring all that we do. Must also have strong project management skills, as well as experience working closely with sales organizations and outside vendors. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

The Role

What You Will Do

- Build, manage, and scale multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support the top and middle stages of the funnel, ensuring projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Channels include but are not limited to: email, social, organic content/SEO, SMS, in-product messaging, partnerships, referrals
- Generate, publish, and analyze social content across all Onramp social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB/IG); own community engagement to build meaningful connections with prospects
- Manage social calendar; analyze and report on performance metrics to inform strategy and improvements
- Support Head of Growth Marketing with ad hoc acquisition and nurture programs and tactics, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ideate and execute content creation to support marketing programs, including sales enablement collateral
- Manage external vendors to ensure agencies/contractors are delivering on time and driving results
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product to launch campaigns that drive measurable pipeline results and increase engagement
- Measure, analyze, and report on initiatives and campaigns
Your Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a fast-moving, SMB B2B startup environment. Knowledge of B2B sales funnel and lead stages
- Excellent project manager, proactively managing initiatives and campaigns that are executed in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong platform experience with CRM & ESPs like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience working with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout, etc., and design tools like Canva
- Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and execute to improve performance
- Solutions-oriented and resourceful with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
