How to: Set Up Onramp Banking Profile

Once you receive your initial prequalification, you can get started on your account and banking setup.  This is required to receive your cash offer and we'll help you through it.

If you get stuck at any point, we're here to help!

Step 1: Connect your funding source

There are two ways you can connect your bank account.

  • PlaidLink -  this is the preferred method as it is instant connection and verification (speed!)

If your institution does not integrate with Plaid, we'll take care of the bank connection later! Skip to Business Profile Set Up.

If your institution does integrate with Plaid, let's jump in. Follow these steps:

Step 5: Banking Setup: Required Information

Before sending cash, we'll need to collect some personal and business information required by U.S. law.

Please enter each field carefully, and ensure that any personal and business name values match with official documentation. Note that multiple incorrect submissions could cause an account lockout with our banking partner Dwolla.

The following information is passed securely directly to our partner Dwolla to comply with Know Your Customer verification laws. Use of this banking information is subject to our Dwolla ACH Policy.

All fields are required to advance.
